Sheet Metal/Ductwork Installers

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced sheet metal mechanics / helpers to join our team in Richmond, VA. You’ll handle fabrication/installation of ductwork and setting HVAC equipment while providing professional, friendly service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Installation of HVAC equipment
• Installation of ductwork systems
• Fabricating sheet metal
• Read and interpret blueprints and job plans
• Follow all local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Keep work areas and company vehicle clean and organized
• Complete basic job documentation and reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sheet metal experience (e.g., 2+ years preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working off of ladders, in scissor lifts, in attics, indoors, and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
