Job Overview:
Native American Contracting in Schertz, TX is seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile full-time Shop Foreman to lead our Shop, oversee daily shop operations, and ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical expertise (experience with reading blueprints, CNC, welding) and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise shop, assign & manage daily tasks/staff, and maintain safety standards.
• Logistics: Handle material and equipment delivery.
• Production: Read blueprints, set up/operate CNC machinery, & welding work.
• Maintenance: Execute light mechanical work on tools and equipment.
• Organization: High capacity for inventory tracking and shop cleanliness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driving: Must possess a valid, current driver’s license.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Machining & Fabrication: Practical CNC experience and welding proficiency.
• Capabilities: Demonstrated leadership skills and organizational ability.
• Physical & Mechanical: Ability to perform light mechanical work and material transport.
