Battle Born Access Systems is a growing, locally owned company specializing in gate automation, ornamental iron, access control systems, and security cameras throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We are currently looking for a reliable Shop Hand / Field Helper who is eager to learn, work hard, and grow with our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting technicians in the field with gate, iron, and access control installations
• Helping in the shop with fabrication prep, cleanup, and organization

• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Learning hands-on skills in a skilled trade with long-term career potential

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working with tools and in outdoor environments
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Previous construction or trade experience is helpful, but not required
