Shop Hand/Entry-Level Welder

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Shop Hand to join our steel fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, punching, and preparing parts for structural and miscellaneous steel materials based on shop drawings and cut lists. You will operate specialized shop machinery, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

Entry level welders who are interested in learning the business from the ground up are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person who wants to learn the trade and work their way up to a certified structural welder. As you prove your reliability and eye for detail, we will train and mentor you on the shop floor, giving you the tools, practice time, and experience needed to transition into a full-time welding role.
