Shop Technician – Door Refinishing (Full-Time)

Door Renew specializes in restoring and refinishing wood and fiberglass doors, giving customers a beautiful, like-new result without the cost of replacement. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shop Technician to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strip, sand, stain, and refinish wood and fiberglass doors to a high-quality finish
• Prepare surfaces, apply stains and topcoats, and ensure a smooth, consistent result
• Perform minor repairs to doors and hardware as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Follow quality standards and meet production timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in woodworking, finishing, painting, cabinetry, or a related trade
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with physical work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

COMPENSATION: $21-$25/hour, based on experience. Full-time position.
