Custom Pool Shotcrete Company is looking to build a hardworking, dependable crew.

We are looking for:

🔹 3–4 Concrete Finishers
🔹 1–2 Shotcrete Nozzlemen / Pump Nozzle Operators
🔹 1 Shotcrete Pump Operator

Experience is a PLUS — but not required!

We’re looking for hard-working people who are willing to learn a specialized trade. If you have concrete finishing experience, that’s great. If you have experience shooting shotcrete, even better.

We are willing to train the right people who:

Are willing to learn and improve their skills
Understand that quality and attention to detail matter

Shotcrete experience, concrete finishing experience, or pump experience is preferred, but we will train the right people.
