About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Shower Glass & Mirror Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of providing professional service to customers.

This position involves measuring, handling, transporting, and installing custom glass shower enclosures, mirrors, and related glass products in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Measure openings accurately for shower glass and mirror installations
• Install frameless, semi-frameless and framed shower enclosures, doors, panels, and hardware
• Install mirrors and other custom glass products
• Safely handle, transport, and maneuver large and heavy glass
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure installations are level, plumb, properly aligned, and securely mounted
• Apply silicone and other sealants with a clean, professional finish
• Protect customers' homes and property during installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
• Identify and address installation issues in the field
• Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous glass, shower enclosure, mirror, construction, remodeling, or finish-installation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy glass
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow established installation procedures
