Siding and Window Installation Crew

Northern Virginia home improvement company needs EXPERIENCED WINDOW, SIDING and DOOR INSTALLERS ASAP. The ideal candidate Must have experience installing vinyl siding, insulated siding and Hardie Plank, Entry doors and replacement Vinyl windows.
Requirements:

• MUST HAVE PRIOR SIDING and WINDOW/DOOR INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
• MUST HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE WELL ABOVE AVERAGE QUALITY IN WORKMANSHIP
• MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS, TRUCKS, EMPLOYEES
• MUST HAVE INSURANCE

Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of the methods and practices involved in construction of roofing systems, siding systems, and window systems.
Considerable knowledge of possible defects in siding systems and of effective corrective measures
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record
License and Insurance requirements
General liability insurance minimum coverage $1,000,000 per occurrence
Automobile insurance $300,000
Workers Compensation (must be coded 5551 for roofing subcontractors)
Licensed in VA, DC and MD

Job Type: Contract Work

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Some Weekend availability

Experience:

• Siding Installation: 3 years (Required)
• Window Installation: 3 years (Required)
• Door Installation: 3 years (Required)
• Carpentry: 1-3 years (Required)
