EXPERIENCED SIDING INSTALLATION CREW – 1099 CONTRACTOR

Elevated Remodeling is looking for an experienced, professional siding installation crew for consistent subcontractor work.

We are looking for crews who know the trade, communicate professionally, respect the homeowner’s property, and finish jobs correctly the first time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of siding installation experience

Own reliable truck, tools, ladders, and installation equipment

Must be experienced with vinyl siding and exterior trim

Must be able to break and bend aluminum/metal

Valid contractor/business licensing as required

General liability insurance

Workers’ compensation coverage or valid exemption, as applicable

Properly established to perform work as an independent 1099 subcontractor

Ability to provide required business/tax documentation

Reliable transportation and dependable crew

Strong attention to installation quality and manufacturer specifications

Professional, fluent communication with homeowners and our operations team

Customer experience is mandatory

Maintain a clean, organized jobsite throughout the project

Protect the homeowner’s property and complete a thorough final cleanup

Ability to complete the contracted scope correctly on the first attempt

Must be dependable, friendly, businesslike, and accountable

We are not looking for someone learning the trade. We are looking for established siding professionals who can receive a scope of work, execute it properly, communicate when necessary, and leave behind a finished project the homeowner is proud of.
