WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR — EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS

Hardie plank installers

Hardie panel installers
Hardie board &batten installers
Hardie shaker & shingle installers
Hardie soffit & fascia installers
Vinyl Soffit & Aluminum fascia installers
Vinyl siding installers
Bilingual is a plus — English is required
Preferred (not required): experience with inspections or private provider inspectors
Must be comfortable with: CompanyCam, taking daily photos, communicating with customers, and using a phone for job updates

SERVICE AREAS

We cover the following counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, DeSoto, Hardee, and Sumter.
SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

All items required before starting:

Driver’s License – Required for crew lead

Valid Work Documentation – For all workers and helpers
Business Entity – Valid LLC/Corp
General Liability Insurance – $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
→ Must list Morgan Exteriors as an Additional Insured
Workers’ Comp Insurance – Must cover the entire crew
Auto Insurance – Active policy required
Background Check – All helpers must pass and complete our forms
Note: If SS card states “Valid for work only with DHS authorization”, a green card is also required
BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW

When you call to schedule an interview, please let us know what type of work your crew performs and what you have experience with (Hardie plank, panel, board & batten, shakes, shingles, soffit & fascia, vinyl siding, etc.).

Please come prepared with:

Photos or examples of your previous jobs

Any portfolio or recent work you can show
Your subcontractor requirements organized and ready
(See the “Subcontractor Requirements” section above.)
A walk-through of one of your past jobs is not required, but we may request it to better understand your workmanship.
