SIDING SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED – VINYL & HARDIE

Morgan Exteriors Inc. – Tampa Bay Area

Morgan Exteriors has been serving Florida homeowners for over 30 years and is looking for an experienced Siding Service Technician to handle service, repair, punch-list, and warranty work throughout the Tampa Bay area.

We are a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor and one of Florida’s leading residential siding companies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone experienced with:

James Hardie plank siding

Hardie panel siding
Board & batten
Hardie shakes/shingles
Vinyl siding
Soffit & fascia
Aluminum fascia
Siding trim and finishing
Diagnosing installation/service issues
Removing and replacing damaged siding
Caulking and weatherproofing
Completing punch-list and warranty items

This is a service position, so attention to detail and the ability to diagnose and correct problems are extremely important.

You must be comfortable communicating professionally with homeowners and explaining the work being completed.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation
Siding installation/service experience
English required; bilingual is a plus
Comfortable using CompanyCam
Able to take and upload before/after photos
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and job updates
Professional appearance and customer-service skills
Able to work independently and complete assigned service calls

Experience working with inspections or private-provider inspectors is a plus.
