Siding Subs

TruHome Pros are seeking skilled and dedicated Siding Subs to join our team in the Madison area. This is a Subcontractor position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in installing a variety of siding products in residential settings. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

Duties:

-Install siding and wrapping windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
-Custom wrap windows and doors
-Hang siding accurately, ensuring proper functionality and aesthetics.
-Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
-Use hand tools proficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.

Requirements:

-Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance
-Established Crew experienced in siding installation
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
-Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
