Siding, Window & Door Repair Technician – $25-$35/hr

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Exterior Repair Technician for immediate contract work. Jobs are located primarily throughout Kane and DuPage counties. Job Responsibilities
+Perform high-quality repairs on residential siding.
+Repair, replace, and install exterior entry doors and patio doors.
+Perform window repairs, glass replacements, or full window installations.
+Troubleshoot flashing, casing, capping, trim, and weatherproofing issues.
+Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
+Insurance: Must have active General Liability Insurance.
+Tax Status: Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor.
+Vehicle & Tools: Must own a reliable truck/van and standard hand/power tools.
+Ladder: Must own and transport a 40-foot ladder for multi-story work.
+Brake: Must own and know how to operate a portable aluminum brake for custom trim.
+Experience: Proven experience in siding repair, window work, and exterior door setups.
+Professionalism: Strong communication skills and professional on-site demeanor.
