ign & Graphics Installer Needed – Fast-Growing Queens Sign Shop!

Compensation:** $28.00 – $35.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)

Employment Type:** Full-Time

Location: Queens, NY (field work across NYC Metro area)

A fast-paced, rapidly expanding sign and print production shop based in Queens is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented **Sign & Graphics Installer** to join our team. If you take pride in clean craftsmanship, love seeing your work on display across NYC, and excel in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Install various sign types: vinyl graphics, wall murals, dimensional lettering, illuminated channel letters, storefront awnings, and post-and-panel signs.
Perform surface preparation and vinyl application (bubble-free/wrinkle-free) on walls, windows, vehicles, and substrates.
Operate power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and lmachinery (bucket trucks or scissor lifts ).
Welding steel & aluminum
Travel to client sites across the five boroughs to represent the shop professionally.
Troubleshoot on-site installation challenges independently and safely.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in vinyl graphic application and sign installation.
Language: Strong English communication skills are required (must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members).
Skills: Proficient with hand/power tools, measuring tape, levels, and vinyl installation tools (squeegees, heat guns, knifeless tape).
Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for field vehicle operation).
Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights (bucket trucks / lifts / cranes ) and able to lift up to 50+ lbs safely.
Experience vinyl
Electrical or low-voltage wiring knowledge for illuminated signs.
OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 certification required
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and a team player who communicates clearly.
