Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our Wilmington, DE team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sign fabrication and manufacturing, including sheet metal fabrication, aluminum and steel welding (TIG and MIG), and operation of CNC folding machines and shears. You will fabricate, assemble, and prepare custom signs for installation while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble custom signs according to specifications and drawings
Perform sheet metal fabrication and welding on aluminum and steel (TIG/MIG)
Operate CNC folding machines, shears, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before shipping or installation
Collaborate with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sign fabrication and manufacturing
Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication
Skilled in aluminum and steel welding (TIG and MIG)
Knowledge of CNC folding machines and shears
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to Commute or Relocate:
Wilmington, DE 19804 (Required)
