SIGN INSTALLER NEEDED

Sign Installer Needed! Sign Installation Experience is Required. A current Texas Driver’s License with a clear driving record is also required. Must be capable and comfortable climbing extension ladders, working mechanical lifts, digging holes, using basic construction tools, making quick installation decisions, working in all climate conditions and speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of various types of signs according to specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle during and after installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Skills

• Experience in using basic hand tools, power tools, ladders and mechanical lifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all installations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
