Site Foreman - Residential Construction Company

Residential construction company in NYC seeking site foreman for design build company.
Looking for someone that has 8-10 years of experience.

Critical tasks and responsibilities include:

Must be able to read architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections and shop drawings.
Must be able to calculate material needed for construction.
Must be able to lead a team of up to 6 carpenters through the construction process.
Must be able to coordinate with subcontractors and manage project schedule.

Site foreman reports to the project managers in the design office.

Must have OSHA 30-hour training and Supervisor Site Safety Training (SST) cards.
Must be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
Must speak fluent English and be a US citizen.
Spanish-speaking in addition to English, is a plus!

Salary starts at $90k and is determined by experience/expertise.

Candidate will work closely with business owners and project managers.
