NOW HIRING: On-Site Landscape Manager

We are a small landscape company looking for a dependable and experienced On-Site Landscape Manager to oversee the landscaping of a residential community and keep the property in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include:

Inspecting the entire community daily

Ensuring all landscaping is properly maintained
Supervising and directing landscape crews
Receiving, assigning, and following up on work orders
Communicating with property management and residents
Identifying irrigation leaks, broken sprinklers, pest issues, and unhealthy plants
Monitoring mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, fertilization, and cleanup
Ensuring entrances, common areas, roadways, and amenities always look their best
Reporting property concerns and recommending improvements
Making sure employees follow safety procedures and complete work correctly
Keeping records of completed work, open issues, and materials needed
The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, reliable, knowledgeable about South Florida landscaping, and comfortable managing employees and communicating with customers.

A valid driver’s license and previous landscaping or property-maintenance experience are required.
