Site Super/Journeyman Carpenter needed for Residential Construction

Pederson Construction is a family owned and operated residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality general construction services in a professional and timely manner.
We are looking to add a Lead Carpenter/Site Super to our team. To be considered for this position you must be able to:

• Work independently and execute tasks with little oversight
• Read blueprints
• Supervise a helper/laborer
• Understand basic building codes
• Do rough framing and understand how to implement it in a remodel
• Build and brace forms, tie rebar
• Do high-quality finish work and have an eye for detail
• Install cabinets and follow plans
• Visualize the final product during all phases of construction
• Keep track of extra work, hours, and materials, and maintain daily job reports
• Communicate with and manage sub-contractors
• Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner
