Skilled Artist/Drafter

I am in the preliminary stage of designing a new addition to an existing 1850s home. I am interested in having my Concepts drawn in a coherent manner, but not necessarily to exact specifications. The job is on shelter Island, New York. Flexible pay depending on scope of work, agreed-upon and skill level. We need to see some examples to ensure we’re communicating well with each other. Not a lot of drama just down to business.
