## About the Position

We are seeking an experienced **Cabinet & Closet Installer** to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in installing custom cabinetry, closets, and built-in storage systems with precision and professionalism. This is a full-time, onsite position installing high-end residential projects.

## Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, cabinetry, and built-in furniture
• Read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans
• Assemble and install cabinet components
• Scribe and fit cabinetry for a seamless, professional finish
• Install drawer systems, shelving, doors, and hardware
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

## Qualifications

• Minimum **3 years of experience** installing custom cabinetry, closets, or millwork
• Ability to accurately read shop drawings and take field measurements
• Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
• Experience using common installation tools, including drills, drivers, routers, levels, laser levels, and saws
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience installing high-end residential cabinetry or custom closets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make field adjustments when necessary
