About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Carpenter to join our construction team for on-site projects in Denali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a reliable work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and self-motivated candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks: demolition, wood framing, metal stud framing, siding, trim carpentry, decking, doors frames, door hardware, windows, etc.
• Equipment operation: truck, equipment trailer, tool trailer, telehandler, skidsteer, man lift, etc.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with a focus on carpentry
• Strong carpentry skills
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid Alaska Drivers License
