We are a small, family-oriented residential remodeling company seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our crew. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service on every project.

Position: Skilled Carpenter

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in residential remodeling
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry
Hang, tape, texture, and repair drywall
Perform interior and exterior painting
Complete detailed finish work with a high level of craftsmanship
Perform stucco patching and repairs
Read and interpret plans and project specifications
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of residential remodeling experience

Strong carpentry skills, including finish carpentry
Experience with drywall installation, repair, texturing, painting, finish work, and stucco patching
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and solve problems in the field
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Bonus Qualifications

Current contractor’s license is a plus

Individuals actively working toward obtaining their contractor’s license are encouraged to apply

The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, professional, and capable of handling a variety of residential remodeling tasks with minimal supervision. We welcome applicants who already hold a contractor’s license or are actively working toward obtaining one.

Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
