Residential Builder is hiring ONE skilled carpenter. We are not looking to fill a slot for the season - we are looking for someone who wants to put down roots and grow with this company.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

• FREE HOUSING THROUGH NOVEMBER 23 - come up, work, and see if you like the area. On us.
• Steady, year-round work. Not feast or famine.
• Work directly under our master carpenter and sharpen your craft.
• W-2 payroll is our preference. If you carry an LLC with a certificate of insurance and a workers' comp exemption, we can pay you as a subcontractor instead.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Real carpentry experience - tell us what you have built.
• Dependable. You show up, every day.
• No Drug Problems
• Physically able to climb ladders and carry materials all day.
• Willing to relocate to Northern Michigan.

Pay is 225-250 per day based on skill
