Skilled Carpenter – Outdoor Living Projects (30–40 hrs/week) $25–$32/h

We are a professional construction company based in the East Bay building high-quality outdoor living spaces including decks, pavilions, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants consistent hours on well-run projects.

Position Details:
30–40 hours per week
$25–$32 per hour depending on experience and skill level
Work is primarily in Contra Costa County (Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, etc.)
Top pay is reserved for carpenters who can work independently and produce high-quality finish work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building decks, patio covers, pergolas, and outdoor structures
Working from plans and layouts
Custom Wood fencing
Installing finish materials (composite decking, trim, railing, etc.)
Maintaining a clean, organized job site

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years carpentry or construction experience
Basic tools and ability to use them properly
Shows up on time and works consistently
Takes direction well and works with a team
Strong attention to detail (important for our type of work)

Bonus (Not Required):

Experience with decks or outdoor structures and fencing
Ability to read plans
Leadership potential
