Webster Groves / St. Louis

Seeking an experienced carpenter / Property Technician for ongoing work across several commercial properties.

Examples of work:

Renovation and construction projects

General and finish carpentry
Shelving, trim and doors
Drywall and painting
Window and door maintenance
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
General building maintenance

Broad construction knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred.

Schedule: Up to 20 hours/week, plus occasional 4–8 week full-time projects.

Pay: $40+/hour based on experience.
