Skilled Carpenter / Roofer – Residential Construction

Contractors Alchemist LLC is looking for experienced, dependable tradesmen to join our growing construction crew in the Buffalo/WNY area.

We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in residential carpentry, framing and roofing. Our projects range from structural repairs and roof framing to complete exterior renovations.

Experience we’re looking for:

• Roof framing and rafter installation
• Asphalt shingle roofing
• Roof tear-offs and preparation
• Wall and structural framing
• Window and door framing
• Sheathing
• Fascia, soffit and exterior trim
• Ability to accurately measure, cut and install materials
• Comfortable working from ladders and at roof heights

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must show up consistently and on time
• Must be able to safely use standard construction tools
• Must be able to work independently when assigned a task
• Professional attitude on occupied residential properties
• Own basic hand tools preferred

Pay: Based on experience and demonstrated skill.

This is not a position for someone looking to learn construction from scratch. We are looking for experienced tradesmen who can contribute on an active jobsite.
