Skilled Carpenter/ Skilled Laborer Wanted

SKILLED CARPENTER / CONSTRUCTION LABORER

CQL-2000 Constructors, LLC is looking for a dependable, hard-working Skilled Carpenter / Construction Laborer to join our team. We are a commercial general contractor working on projects throughout the Denver Metro through to the Colorado Springs areas.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, take direction, and get the job done without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities may include:

General carpentry and construction work

Framing, drywall, trim, doors, hardware, and miscellaneous repairs
Demolition and jobsite preparation
Punch-list and finish work
Material pickup and delivery
Jobsite cleanup and organization
Assisting with a variety of commercial construction tasks as needed
Requirements:

Previous construction/carpentry experience

Must be hard-working, reliable, and self-sufficient
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Company truck provided
Must have your own basic/small hand and power tools
Must be able to safely lift and perform the physical requirements of construction work
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must communicate well with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Must take pride in quality workmanship and maintaining a clean jobsite
Travel Requirements:

Our office is based in the Castle Rock area, but our projects are located throughout the Front Range. If you are not local to Castle Rock, you must be willing and able to travel to jobsites ranging from North Denver to South Colorado Springs.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and doesn't need someone standing over them to make sure the work gets done.

Compensation: Based on experience and skill level.
