Skilled Carpenter Wanted

Skills needed include but are not limited to:

• Drywall Repairs - Must be able to patch, hang, float, and match texture.
• Finish Work/Doors - Must be able to cut and install baseboards, door casings, trim, and other types of molding.
• Doors - Installation of interior and exterior doors.
• Light Plumbing - Removing and replacing plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets)
• Laminate Flooring - Installation of laminate over concrete and other substrates.
• Painting - Walls and ceilings.

Additional skills might include:

• Shower Enclosures - Building shower pans, installing shower valves, backer board, tile, shower fixtures, doors.
• Cabinets - Building cabinet boxes, reinstalling faces, cabinet installation.
• Tile Flooring - Prepare subfloor and install tile flooring over concrete and other substrates.

*Must be detail oriented.
*Work truck/van with tools is a must. The ability to carry the tools and materials needed is necessary.
*Must have the tools needed to complete the jobs listed above.

*Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
*Must be drug free.
*Must be neat, clean, reliable and able to work independently.
