We’re looking for skilled carpenters and craftsmen to join our team on Kauai.

We’re a quality-focused general contracting company looking for experienced people who take pride in their work and know how to build things the right way. Our projects range from framing and exterior work through detailed finish carpentry.

What we’re looking for:

• Skilled frame-to-finish carpenter
• Available 40 hours per week
• Able to work independently and problem-solve in the field
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable and shows up when expected
• Owns appropriate hand and power tools
• Has reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on high-quality residential construction and remodeling
• Works cleanly, safely, and professionally
• Able to communicate well with the crew, subcontractors, and clients
