WHO WE'RE HIRING
1. Skilled Carpenters / Lead-Level Labor

You:
*Have solid residential renovation experience
*Can handle framing, drywall, trim, and installs with minimal oversight
*Understand finish quality and clean work
*Show up on time, communicate clearly, and take ownership

2. Apprentice / Developing Labor (Limited Openings)

You:
*Have some experience (or strong hands-on ability) and want to grow
*Are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn quickly
*Want a pathway into skilled carpentry and higher pay

Requirements (All Roles)
*Valid driver’s license
*Reliable transportation
*Ability to travel within the Capital Region
*Professional attitude and accountability
*Basic tools (for skilled roles)
*COI (or willingness to obtain, if subcontracting)

PAY & STRUCTURE
*$20–$40+/hr depending on experience and capability
*Higher rates for highly skilled, self-sufficient workers
