Skilled Concrete Finishers

Duties

Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools to achieve specified textures and finishes.
Install rebar and metal reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity.
Perform rebar installation, form setting, placing and finishing concrete and saw cutting control joints as required for various projects.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a concrete finisher with a solid understanding of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
Mechanical knowledge related to skid steer, excavator and dump truck operation and maintenance. No CDL required.
Familiarity with rebar installation, form building, pouring and finishing concrete, saw cutting and core drilling.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites including proper use of hand tools and power tools.
Valid experience in concrete site environments with a focus on renovation or restoration projects is preferred.
