Skilled Construction Framer

We are looking for an experienced residential framer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and understands how to build accurately from plans.

The right person must be able to:

• Read and understand architectural and structural blueprints
• Lay out and frame walls accurately, level, plumb, straight, and square
• Install hold-downs using two-part structural epoxy
• Install large structural beams and headers
• Understand framing hardware, connectors, blocking, and structural details
• Identify potential issues before work is completed
• Ask questions and confirm details when something is unclear
• Work carefully and pay close attention to measurements and plan requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Work well with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other crew members

We are not looking for someone who rushes through framing or makes assumptions. We need a skilled craftsperson who understands that small framing mistakes can create major problems later in the project.

You must have:

• Extensive residential framing experience
• Reliable transportation
• Your own basic tools
• Strong communication skills
• A professional and dependable work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a crew
