SKILLED CONSTRUCTION LABORER – $23/HR – SHREWSBURY, MA

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Skilled Laborers in Shrewsbury, MA!

We are looking for reliable, hardworking construction laborers to join a commercial construction project. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who is comfortable working with power tools, assisting multiple trades, and performing concrete floor polishing and finishing work.

PAY: $23.00/HR

LOCATION: Shrewsbury, MA
POSITION: Skilled Construction Laborer
PROJECT: Commercial Construction

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Perform concrete floor polishing and finishing work
Move, stage, and organize materials around the jobsite
Assist with general construction tasks and other trades as needed
Use hand and power tools, including drills and skill saws
Make rough cuts and assist with material preparation
Perform daily jobsite cleanup and maintain a safe work area
Follow directions from the site supervisor and work effectively with the crew
Perform other construction duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous construction experience required
Comfortable using drills, saws, and other common construction tools
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to jobsite safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
