In this role, you will work closely with carpenters and supervisors to carefully dismantle, repair, and rebuild historic commercial properties. This position requires a unique blend of physical stamina, patience, and a high level of situational awareness to ensure that irreplaceable architectural elements are protected during construction.

-Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs regularly, climb scaffolding, and work for extended periods.
-Attention to Detail: A proven track record of following meticulous, multi-step instructions where preserving the material is just
as important as structural completion.
-Logistics: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel to various local job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
-Safety Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
-Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret basic structural or architectural blueprints.
What We Offer
