What You'll Be Doing
*Installing custom closet and storage systems in residential homes
*Assisting with light renovation and finish work as needed
*Safely and efficiently using hand and power tools
*Loading, unloading, and handling custom products and materials
*Assisting with warehouse organization and preparation
*Working professionally and respectfully in occupied client homes
*Ensuring projects are completed with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

What We're Looking For
*3–5 years of construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience preferred
*Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
*Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds regularly
*Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Professional appearance and communication skills
*Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
*Reliable transportation
*Consistent attendance and punctuality
*Ability to pass a background check
*Comfortable working in non-smoking environments
*Flexible schedule is a plus
