Skilled Construction Laborer / Manufactured Home Installation Crew

Out of town work is a must

Responsibilities:
Assist with manufactured home setup and installation
Help with blocking, leveling, anchoring, skirting, decks, and site prep
Load, unload, carry, and organize materials
Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
Keep the jobsite clean and moving
Follow directions the first time and ask questions when needed
Work outside in changing weather conditions
Help the crew finish jobs correctly and efficiently
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to job sites
Valid driver’s license preferred
Construction, carpentry, concrete, mobile home, skirting, deck, or general labor experience preferred
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, mud, and normal jobsite conditions
Able to follow directions without constant supervision
Must be dependable and show up when scheduled
No constant phone use on the job
No drama, no disappearing, no excuses every other morning

If you finish a task, you should be the kind of person who asks what’s next, starts cleaning up, grabs materials, or helps the next guy instead of standing around waiting for someone to activate you like a broken Roomba.
Schedule:
Day shift
Jobsite hours vary depending on project and weather
Some travel to job sites may be required
We are a small crew and we need someone who actually wants to work. If you are reliable, motivated, and willing to learn, there is steady work and room to grow. If you need constant supervision to stay moving, this is not the right job.
