JRA Contractors is a growing residential construction company focused on high-quality remodels, additions, and custom projects in the Boise area. We take pride in clean work, strong communication, and delivering projects the right way, not the fast way.

We’re looking for a skilled construction professional who wants steady work, growth opportunity, and to be part of a company that’s building something long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

Framing (walls, small additions, decks)
Drywall install and patching
Finish carpentry and trim
Cabinet installs
Demolition and job site prep
Working alongside subs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Keeping jobs clean and professional
Helping maintain a high-quality standard on every project

What We’re Looking For

5+ years hands-on residential construction experience
Comfortable reading basic plans and layouts
Skilled with common power tools
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Strong work ethic and good communication
Reliable transportation (truck preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license

Bonus if you:

Have finish carpentry experience
Can run small scopes independently
Want to grow into a leadership role

What We Offer

$23–$28/hour depending on skill and experience
