• Have a pleasant attitude, and are able to get along with others.
• Have a stable residence – in Pinellas County.
• Have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to get to and from work.
• Have basic hand tools and know how to use them.
• Have the ability to work outside in the heat and be able to handle heavy lifting.
• No drug, alcohol or personal drama problems.
• Enjoy a family atmosphere.

We correct design and installation flaws, which result in water intrusion into commercial buildings, mostly condominiums. We service multiple needs of an association on a client basis, usually spanning several years. We do not advertise because our reputation provides as much business as we need. We do lots of different and interesting stuff, which makes a difference in people’s lives. Working with our team is a bit like going to construction school. Almost all of our work is in Pinellas County – no travel! We provide vehicles and major equipment. Our workload has remained steady throughout the past 20+ years and has even increased during recessions. We are fully licensed and carry all necessary insurances. We have been in business in Pinellas County over 30 years.
