ABOUT US
We are a fully licensed commercial contractor with over 30 years of steady business in Pinellas County. Our workload has remained stable for over two decades—even growing during economic recessions. We do not advertise because our reputation keeps us fully booked.
We work exclusively on EXISTING commercial buildings (mostly condominiums)—NO new construction. We specialize in correcting design flaws, managing structural water intrusion, and tackling specialized repairs (including interior storm-damage rebuilds). Lately, our primary focus is on CONCRETE and CARPENTRY work, alongside targeted commercial roof repairs.
Working with us is like going to construction school; you will do a wide variety of interesting work that makes a real difference. We are looking for a few long-term additions to our tight-knit construction family.

- Skillset: Strong interest or experience in concrete and carpentry. (Roofing repair or painting experience is a plus).
- Tools: Ownership of basic hand tools and the knowledge of how to use them.
- Location: Stable residence located within Pinellas County.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to get to and from work.
- Fitness: Ability to work outside in the Florida heat and handle heavy lifting.
- Attitude: A pleasant attitude, zero personal drama, and a desire to advance in the trade.
