Our growing construction company is looking for reliable, skilled, hard-working people to add to our crew.
We have plenty of local work and occasionally travel to jobs throughout Tennessee. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and actually show up ready to work.
Skills we’re looking for include:
- Framing & carpentry
- Interior/exterior painting
- Drywall hanging, repair & finishing
- Siding installation
- Demolition
- Tile installation
- Trim & finish carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Decks & exterior construction
- General remodeling/construction experience
- Punch-list & finish work
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation — REQUIRED
- Dependable and shows up ON TIME
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and quality
- Physically capable of construction work and long days when needed
- Able to work outside in the Tennessee heat
- Willing to travel within Tennessee occasionally
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Respectful on customers’ properties and jobsites
- No constant excuses, disappearing, or needing to be babysat
PAY: Based initially on skill level and experience. If you prove yourself, there is real room to increase your pay, take on more responsibility, and potentially move into a crew-lead position.
