skilled exterior carpenter needed

I need a carpenter who has high skills in deck building and porch building. Great, fun and energetic team is waiting for you!
* Must be able to measure, cut, drill, sand, dig, move materials, demo decks, hammer stuff and be an all inclusive carpenter
*Must be in shape other than round. This is physical rewarding work but you have to be able to handle the workload. If you tire easy do not respond. If you never worked outside in all temperatures do not respond. You must love the outdoors and want to sweat and feel like you accomplished something at the end of the day.
*Must have a drivers license or something that shows your identification.
*Must have your own transportation, not a bus or drive share/taxi. Don't have a car don't respond.
*No alcoholics or drug addicts. Have a drink but not on the job.
*Must have own tools, hand or even power.
*No subcontractors or "me and my friend"
*Cash payments daily or weekly, no medical
*Must live under 30 minutes away from Mt. Vernon Alexandria, VA 22309. If you are more than that or an hour away do not respond
*Pay is based on skill and being a normal worker. Great pay if you are honest with yourself
