Skilled Flooring Installers Wanted (SECTION 3 APPLICANTS PREFFERED)

Independent-contractors/skilled flooring installers wanted for a new construction 115-unit multi-family housing project located in Miami at 26115 S. Dixie Hwy.

DO NOT GO TO THE JOBSITE: There is no one on site to discuss this trade work, please use contact information provided within this posting.

Project duration: anticipated start Nov-Dec. 2026 & completion April of 2027

Qualified applicants will need have the following.

Reliable transportation to and from the project site.

Necessary tools and equipment to install flooring covering materials (all types or specific to skill set).
Necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for working on active construction site, (Work Boots, jeans or durable full length work pants, safety vest or high visibility work shirts, hard hat, safety goggles, etc).

Applicant must have an active LLC or corporation registered in Florida.
Must have, current Auto, General Liability, Workers Comp. Insurance policies without laps for the duration of this project.

Pay Structure: (Piece work) Paid weekly by direct deposit for completed work.
