Skilled General Carpenter Needed

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and multi-disciplined General Carpenter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a wide range of residential projects.
Our work changes daily and includes everything from rough framing and structural carpentry to detailed finish work and custom installations. We are looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented who maintains a positive and professional attitude on every job site.
Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of carpentry tasks, including rough and finish carpentry
• Read and execute project plans and layouts
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
• Adapt to changing daily assignments and project needs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience required
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record required
