SKILLED GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABORER

**DECOMA INDUSTRIES IS HIRING – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABORER**

DECOMA INDUSTRIES is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Construction Laborer to join our team. We work throughout the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas on residential and commercial construction projects.

**Responsibilities include:**

• Jobsite setup and cleanup
• Demolition and debris removal
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors
• Basic construction and handyman tasks
• Picking up and delivering materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite

**Preferred skills:**

• General framing knowledge
• Finish carpentry skills
• Drywall installation and repair knowledge
• General construction experience
• CDL preferred, but not required

**Requirements:**

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work
• Able to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Opportunities are available for advancement for employees who are reliable, motivated, and interested in expanding their construction skills.

**Work Area:** South Bay and Greater Los Angeles
**Typical Hours:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
