Skilled handyman

Looking for a skilled handyman able to perform installation of doors, cabinets, light electrical and plumbing work, window hardware, jealousy , and screen work. For a multi unit property with on going work. We need someone who is honest, good character. Prefer to find someone who is willing to do hourly work or possibly per task pay if fair price.
