Skilled Handyman

Hiring: Experienced Skilled Tradesman / Carpenter

Compensation: $150 per day

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable, high-level skilled professional for ongoing residential projects.
We need someone who is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and ready to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Painting: Professional-grade interior/exterior work (must be proficient with sprayers).
Carpentry: General framing and finish carpentry.
Remodeling: Full bathroom and kitchen upgrades.
Specialty Installs: Flooring, door/window installation, and screen work.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional remodeling or trades.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to job sites daily.
Professional Standard: Must have your own basic tools and a strong work ethic.
Communication: Must be reachable and punctual.

Work hours: 8-10 hours per day

Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
