Skilled Handyman – Drywall & Remodeling – $35-40+/hr + OT + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Drywall repair and finishing
• Painting
• Trim, doors, and finish carpentry
• General home repairs and remodeling

Requirements

• 3+ years of handyman, remodeling, apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Strong home repair skills (drywall, fixtures, ceiling fans etc)
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR review
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service
