Home repair company based in Southfield with steady year-round work across Metro Detroit — Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Troy, Northville, Plymouth, Grosse Pointe, and surrounding areas. Growing rapidly and looking for experienced multi-trade subcontractors — individuals or smaller crews — who can estimate and execute residential-quality work across a variety of trades.

The deal: We provide a steady pipeline of high-quality prospective clients and sold work, plus end-to-end administrative support — estimating, scheduling, invoicing, collections, client management. No lead chasing. No paperwork. You focus on what you do best.

The work: Residential repairs and renovations — drywall, paint, trim, doors, flooring, fixture swaps, deck work, pressure washing. Mix of private homeowner jobs and property management. Most jobs are 1–3 days. Some are larger. You choose what fits your schedule, your abilities, and your interest level. Work as much or as little as you want.

The pay: Flat rate per job. Works out to $40–$50/hr depending on scope. Net-15 standard. Faster pay options available.

What we need: Someone who is comfortable interacting with customers professionally, delivers excellent work quality, is dependable, and can operate independently from a scope sheet without someone standing over them. Own vehicle, own tools, general liability insurance, and state licensure where applicable. Metro Detroit coverage.
