Skilled Handymen Recurring Rental Maintenance Work Orders (St. Louis)

We're expanding our vendor network in the St. Louis metro. Renova Preservation coordinates maintenance and turnover work on single-family rentals and needs handymen who can take steady weekly assignments — city and county both.

Job types: interior repairs, drywall repair & painting, lock changes, plumbing/electrical fixture swaps, flooring patches, appliance installs, trash-outs, lawn cleanups.

How pay works: submit your invoice with completion photos and get paid Net-3 — ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. Material cost support is available for vendors with a track record.

We keep our vendor list short so the work stays consistent. Vendors who finish on time and document properly get priority on dispatch and larger projects. In exchange we expect quality work, quick communication, and photos on every order.

Required: general liability insurance, your own truck & tools, smartphone with data plan.
